These Terms and Conditions outline your agreement with us regarding the installation and service of your new sustainable home solutions, including solar panels, heat pumps, and insulation services.
Definitions
Eligibility and Assessment
Our experts will assess the eligibility and feasibility of installing our products at your property. An on-site visit will be arranged to confirm the suitability and any necessary preparatory work.
Quote and Acceptance
The Quote, valid for 30 days, forms part of the contract between us. Acceptance of the Quote and these Terms is needed to proceed with the installation.
Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from the date of accepting the Quote to cancel without any reason. If installation commences within this period at your request, reasonable charges for work done may apply upon cancellation.
Preparatory Work
Pre-installation work includes property surveys, technical assessments, and necessary foundation works. Fees for these works are outlined in the Quote.
Installation
We will arrange the delivery and installation, ensuring proper handling of the products. Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery and payment.
Additional Services
Requests for additional services outside the scope of the initial Quote will incur extra charges.
Liability
We are not liable for installation delays or inability to perform services due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure events. Customer failure to provide access or cooperation may result in additional costs.
Warranty
Our Warranty covers the effective functioning and efficiency of the installed products, with conditions and limitations detailed within.
